Coaching Excellence Program

Canterbury's Coaching Excellence program:

  • Develops high quality sports specific individual strength and conditioning programs.
  • Assists students in healthy eating through nutritional plans.
  • Instruct and advise students on the benefits of sports psychology for improving their academic and sporting achievements.
  • Assists student injury prevention and rehabilitation.
